The Whispering Wind kitchen remodel was contracted by Quality Construction & Design. Our clients were looking for a more open floor plan with a large island for countertop seating and an updated design. We were able to create this modern open design by knocking down walls, installing a large island and adding more cabinet space. All materials and design were bought and completed by Renovation Inc.

Completely renovated Biltmore bungalow offers modern finishes throughout the 4 bed / 3 bath great room concept floor plan, all presented in a contemporary farmhouse architectural style with one car garage and located in the extremely desirable Biltmore area. Fully renovated down to the studs in 2022, luxury finishes in the split master floor plan include vadara quartz counters in kitchen, bathroom and laundry, European oak wood throughout and custom tile bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, 36 inch GE Monogram stove, all new custom cabinetry throughout, matte gold and black hardware package, custom lighting package, new vaulted ceilings and expansive utility room.

The Tailspin Kitchen Remodel was contracted by Quality Construction & Design. We worked with the wonderful homeowners to bring their kitchen of their dreams to life. From cabinet and countertop install to flooring renovation we were able to do it all. The original kitchen was outdated and lacked cabinet space and countertop seating. Our showroom and design center, Renovation Inc was able to re-design this kitchen to provide optimal cabinet space and a large island for countertop seating. All material and design work were bought and completed by Renovation inc.

Desert Ridge
Residential Remodel
This Desert Ridge wonder was remodeled by Renovation Inc and contracted by Quality Construction and Design. This residential remodel included the kitchen, bath, fireplace and floors. Our team worked together in a timely manner to replace all cabinets throughout the home, add in a marble countertop and backsplash to both the bathrooms and kitchen, installed a sleek electric fireplace with a stacked stone backsplash and replaced the flooring with engineered hardwood floors throughout the home. All materials and design work were bought and completed by Renovation Inc.

Window & Door Replacemnet
Quality Construction & Design completed the install. Renovation Inc had the pleasure of designing and choosing the replacement windows and doors for this Phoenix, Arizona home. Our team of designers chose to go with an all glass door complimented by two large glass picture windows to make a statement entryway.
North phoenix
New Build
The North Phoenix New Build contracted by Quality Construction & Design is a modern style home with a timeless touch. This gorgeous new build features a class Vadara countertop, Crystal Cabinets, MSI stacked stone and Amantii Fireplace. Our team completed the install and the build of this residential space. We are very pleased with the final product as are the new owners of this home.
